Members of young co-operatives gain practical business experience, learn to work as part of a democratic team and, by selling only fairly traded products, make a direct difference to some of the world's poorest producers and their families.
We offer four different packages together with an accredited certificate, all designed to help school students to run their own fair trade co-operative business and all designed to comply with the new school food standards.

Certificate in Co-operative and Fair Trade Enterprise
The Certificate in Co-operative and Fair Trade Enterprise is a nationally recognised qualification for socially responsible, enterprising young people. |
Each package includes:
- One full day of at-school training for staff and students 1
- Glossy, bound copy of Co-ordinator's Kit, containing more than 90 pages of exercises, activities, worksheets, case studies and useful information.
- Design your own web site facility
- Certificates, newsletters and monthly e-bulletins
1 Training day includes interactive, co-operative games and activities together with practical, hands-on help with starting your young co-operative, ordering stock, opening a bank account etc (nb Training Day NOT INCLUDED in Design-Your-Own package or Certificate in Co-operative and Fair Trade Enterprise)
